How a rental works, from first message to keys

You message us on WhatsApp
The car, the dates, the place. We reply with the total price, all-inclusive, in writing.

We deliver the car
At Menara airport, your riad, your hotel or your apartment. Delivery is free anywhere in Marrakech.

A signed photo check
We photograph the car with you at pick-up and again at return. You leave with a copy of the report.

You pay on delivery
No prepayment, no deposit by bank transfer. Cash or card, when you collect the keys.
Landing at Menara
We meet you in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name, hand over the keys in the car park 200 m away, and track your flight if it is late. Free delivery from 6 am to midnight; night meet-and-greet available for 150 MAD (about €14).

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an International Driving Permit to rent a car in Morocco?
Not to rent from us. A national licence written in the Latin alphabet is enough, as long as you are at least 21 and have held it for 1 year. Licences in a non-Latin alphabet need an International Driving Permit, and the UK government asks UK licence holders to carry the 1968 permit on the road. See driving in Morocco.
How much is the deposit?
From 10,000 MAD (about €930) for a city car to 35,000 MAD (about €3,240) for a luxury car. The exact amount is shown for every car, before you book. It is returned in full on the day you bring the car back, after the check, and a no-deposit option is available on most of the fleet.
Is the mileage really unlimited?
Yes, with no zone restriction within Morocco: Essaouira, Agadir, Ouarzazate, Merzouga, Chefchaouen. The only restrictions are unpaved tracks, which are off-limits for two-wheel-drive cars, and taking the car out of the country.
Do you deliver to Marrakech Menara airport?
Yes, free of charge, 7 days a week from 6 am to midnight; between midnight and 6 am, a night meet-and-greet costs 150 MAD, stated before you book. We wait for you in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name. If your flight is late, we track the flight number you gave us: you have nothing to do.
What happens if the car breaks down?
24-hour assistance is included with every rental. If the car is off the road for more than a few hours, we bring you a replacement of the same category, or refund the days you could not use.
Can I pay in euros or in cash?
The contract is drawn up in dirhams. You can pay in cash, in dirhams or in euros at the day’s rate, or by card. No prepayment is asked before you get the keys.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up, with no reason needed and no fee, since nothing has been paid.
